DECEMBER MOON - NORFOLK, VA 2006
I remember the exact time for this shot because the moon is hard to control. So on December 5, 2006 at about 5:45 PM the moon rose over Norfolk as scheduled. The water calmed in some areas giving a mirror image to the festive lights of the season. Many office lights are still burning...could be folks are working a little late today.
