SALVO SUNSET - Salvo, North Carolina
It was October of 2003 when my wife and I were visiting friends in a little town called Salvo in the Outer Banks. That year, many of the tropical storms came ashore in South Carolina and made their way through western North Carolina and Virginia. This is one of those storms, looking west across the Sound. We were just sitting down to dinner when we noticed the sunset developing. Needless to say, upon my return from shooting this,my dinner was cold and my company understanding.
