WILLOUGHBY LIGHTNING - NORFOLK, VA
It was one of those evenings when the lightning was popping all around. This shot is looking northeast at the Chesapeake Bay with the Chesapeake Bay bridge lights on the far right. It was very dark when I took the photograph so I set for a 25 second time exposure. I never saw the man enjoying the light show until the development stage.
